Join BCOE’s Educational Technology Department for the Educational Technology Showcase on Monday, October 28th, 2024 in Oroville from 3:00-6:00 PM! The event is drop-in and will be held adjacent to the BCOE Professional Learning offices, at the Oroville Convention Center: 1200 Myers Street, Oroville, CA 95965. BIG SPACE, BIG IDEAS, BIG PRIZES!

 

Come view and experience hands-on displays with various robotics and other classroom-friendly devices such as Intelino, Osmo, Makey Makey, Marty the Robot, Ozobot, Piper Make and Piper Kits, PocketLab, LittleBits, LabDisc, RobotLab Virtual Reality, Sphero BOLT and Indi, Bee-Bot and Blue-Bot, 3Doodler, SWIVL, BreakoutEDU, Cubetto, KIBO, and more!

 

Several device vendors (including Sphero, Ozobot, and Piper!) will be in-person to demonstrate and answer questions while other items will be showcased by an army of volunteers! In addition, the School of Education at CSU, Chico will showcase their mobile classroom and the collaborative possibilities it holds for Butte County schools and districts.
